Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Tester to lead and execute comprehensive testing activities for critical enterprise applications, including financial management systems (Oracle Fusion). The successful candidate will ensure quality, reliability and compliance by managing end-to-end testing processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions under tight timelines.

High-Level Requirements

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end testing for large-scale ERP implementations.

• Expertise in defining and executing test strategies for data migration and integration.

• Strong understanding of financial systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines.

• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies during testing phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement test strategies for ERP and financial systems projects.

• Map business requirements to system modules, user cases and test scenarios.

• Perform functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) for financial applications.

• Validate data migration accuracy and integration points between systems.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for critical workflows.

•Identify, document and track defects to resolution using tools like JIRA.

•Ensure adherence to QA processes, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

•Prepare detailed test reports, metrics and risk assessments for stakeholders.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

•8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

•Hands-on experience with financial management systems testing.

•Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).

• ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials testing.

•Knowledge of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, Procurement).

•Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.

•Timely completion of all testing phases.

•Accuracy and completeness of test documentation.

•Defect resolution within agreed timelines.

•Positive feedback from stakeholders on communication and collaboration.
