Job Overview:

As an Account Manager at Ebiashara Africa Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in presenting, promoting, and selling our ICT services. You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive business relationships, reaching out to potential customers through various channels, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in ICT sales, a strategic mindset, and the ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including CxO level contacts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Present, Promote, and Sell Services:
    • Utilize compelling arguments to present, promote, and sell ICT products and services to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Cost-Benefit and Needs Analysis:
    • Perform thorough cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential customers to provide tailored solutions.
  3. Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships:
    • Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships, leveraging proven CxO relationships.
    • Cultivate strong, long-term connections with key stakeholders.
  4. Lead Generation:
    • Reach out to customer leads through various strategies, including cold calling.
    • Identify and nurture sales opportunities.
  5. Customer Issue Resolution:
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Ensure a high level of customer service.
  6. Achieve Sales Targets:
    • Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
    • Strive to achieve a minimum 2024 Sales target of US$700K.
  7. Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential and provide insights through sales and status reports.
    • Keep management informed about customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  8. Stay Informed:
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the ICT industry.
    • Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Work Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an ICT Sales Representative.
  2. Technical Knowledge:
    • Knowledge of AWS, Cloud solutions, BI/Data analytics solutions is an added advantage.
  3. Professional Skills:
    • Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices.
    • Proven ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  4. Sales Skills:
    • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
    • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  5. Presentation Skills:
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  6. Relationship Management:
    • Strong relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  7. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
