Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Position Overview: As the Human Resources Manager at Ebiashara, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role requires a proactive and strategic HR professional who can contribute to the overall success of the organization through effective people management.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Implement strategies for employee skill enhancement and career growth.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Work with leadership to establish performance goals and key performance indicators.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Compliance:
- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on HR key performance indicators.

Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
