Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

   • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
3. Employee Relations:
4. • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
   • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
5. Training and Development:
6. • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
   • Implement strategies for employee skill enhancement and career growth.
7. Performance Management:
8. • Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
   • Work with leadership to establish performance goals and key performance indicators.
9. Compensation and Benefits:
10. • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
11. Compliance:
12. • Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
    • Handle employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
13. HR Metrics and Reporting:
